Along with people worldwide who are appalled by state corruption and mishandling of the pandemic, Guatemalans are taking to the streets to demand “where is the money?” People are protesting the lack of clear information about the pandemic, the ineffectiveness of public health measures, and the theft of money that was supposedly going to mitigate the economic effects of the lockdown.
