Dear friends, family, and comrades,

We’ve reached the middle of the year, and despite everything happening around the globe, it gives us hope to reach you and to feel part of a community. We start this Solidarity Update by thanking you for helping us reach our goal in this year’s Match campaign!  We also share updates on the pre-trial hearings in the Military Diary Case and a short analysis on the local impacts of Vice President Kamala Harris’s visit to Guatemala. Don’t forget to sign up for our upcoming webinar, which will offer a profound perspective on the historical impacts that settler colonialism and imperialism have had on the migration of Indigenous communities today.

Querida familia, amigues y camaradas,
